Is there really no sleep training?

None at all. We don't look at how your child falls asleep or how they fall back asleep.

So how do we get better sleep?

I've been working with families for over 25 years and have found there to be many things we can do to encourage the best sleep possible. These are the things we work on.

 

Can you promise my child will sleep through the night?

I can't. Gentle Sleep Club is not a sleep training program, we are not working on how your child gets to sleep or back to sleep.

How old does my child need to be?

You'll find support for children under 4-years old.

Each chapter is for a different age group; 0 - 3 months, 3 - 9 months, 9 - 18 months, 18 months - 3 years and 3 years +.

Will I be able to get my questions answered?

Of course, you can get your questions answered on the forum, you can set up a private call with Rebecca, and VIP members have access to the live weekly Q & A's.

How long is membership?

You have lifetime access to Gentle SLeep Club. You can come back whenever you need to.

Can I share my login information with a friend?

No. If you are found to share your login information your membership will be terminated and you will not be refunded.
